  1. Processed and canned foods are really not advisable, that I know because even if you don't have any disease, these foods aren't recommended. Foods that are high in iodine like seafood and iodized salt. No to alcohol and beverages. These are some few foods we found and should avoid in hyperthyroidism diet.
